Most models have a collapsible sink complete with a drain plug and hose, a spacious countertop where you can work on your menu for the day, a space for a cooking stove, although many already comes with a cooking stove as well. They are usually light weighing only up to 20 pounds, easily collapsible and can be packed away in a bag designed for rugged handling.
